And big Congratulations Geoff for 21 consecutive years of Chef’s Hat Awards and an amazing 39 Hats in all, for his own restaurants.

Dandelion has won two awards at the Gourmet Traveller Australian Wine List of The Year Awards. Winner of the Best Food and Wine Matching category & finalist of the Top 3 Small Wine Lists.

As the judges wrote: “Jane and Geoff Lindsay have assembled an excellent, clearly focused wine list that is perfectly pitched to their Vietnamese- inspired food. Their association with the Farr family is celebrated as are spice friendly varieties such as fiano, grüner veltliner, riesling, gamay and grenache with a swathe of rosés in tow. A gem of a list to match this Indochine jewel.”
